		<description>Nice to see you referencing American Recycles Day, which appears to coincide nicely with the growing controversy of expanding a land fill in Decatur Township.  I wonder if improving Indianapolis&#039; recycling capacity was mentioned as a potential long-term mitigator to this sort of LULU (Locally Undesirable Land Use) at the stakeholders&#039; meeting they had last week on that land fill.</description>
